  MINISTERIO DE CIENCIA E INNOVACIÓN CONSEJO SUPERIOR DE INVESTIGACIONES CIENTIFICAS PLIEGO DE PRESCRIPCIONES TÉCNICAS PARA EL CONTRATO PRIVADO DEL SUMINISTRO DE PUBLICACIONES PERIÓDICAS EN FORMATO ELECTRÓNICO y BASES DE DATOS DURANTE EL AÑO 2009 DESTINADAS A BIBLIOTECAS DEL CONSEJO SUPERIOR DE INVESTIGACIONES CIENTÍFICAS
El objeto del presente pliego es establecer las bases que regirán la contratación del suministro de publicaciones periódicas en formato electrónico y accesos a bases de datos referenciales durante el año 2009 para las bibliotecas del Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas, que se relacionan en la cláusula 4. Código CPA: 58.14.20 Código CPV: 22212000-9
El precio máximo de licitación será de 3.365.000,00 €, IVA e impuestos incluidos (precio sin IVA: 2.901.712,07€; IVA: 463.287,93€), según detalle siguiente: precio sin IVA IVA (%) precio con IVA 2.893.495,39 € 462.959,26 € (16%) 3.356.454,65 € 8.216,68 € 328,67 € ( 4%) 8.545,35 € TOTAL 2.901.712,07 € 463.287,93 € 3.365.000,00 €
El plazo de ejecución del contrato será de 1 año, desde el día 1 de enero de 2009 hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2009, prorrogable en las condiciones que fija el Pliego de Cláusulas Administrativas Particulares.
El adjudicatario deberá garantizar el acceso a los Títulos incluidos en este contrato según se detalla a continuación: I. Accesos en modalidad de “cross acces” para un número limitado de centros del CSIC 1. AGU – American Geophysical Union Acceso a las 19 revistas que publica AGU, más EOS weekly, desde 2008 Centros para los que se pide acceso en 2009
