第二章 芽孢杆菌属种名录2.1芽孢杆菌种名目录来源芽孢杆菌种名是以发表在IJSEM微生物系统进化国际学报(International Journal of Systematic and Evolutionary Microbiology)和IJSB细菌系统进化国际学报(International Journal of Systematic Bacteriology)以及国际权威学报上使用的种名为准。并列入《核准细菌名录》(Approved Lists of Bacterial Names)和《确认细菌名录》(Validation List)认定。在国际上,有专门收集细菌种名目录的著作和网站,包括了《细菌代码规则》(Rules of the Bacteriological Code)、《伯杰氏系统细菌学手册》--《原核生物分类纲要》(Taxonomic Outline of the Prokaryotes Release 5.0, Bergey’s Manual of Systematic Bacteriology)、《名录公告》(Notification List)、《原核生物名称目录》(List of Prokaryotic Names with Standing in Nomenclature)、NCBI数据库等等。各国菌种保存中心也是芽孢杆菌目录的重要来源,如德国菌钟保存中心(DSMZ)等。 不同的文献来源,由于收集统计的时间、范围、内容、分类体系等的差异,所收集的芽孢杆菌种名数量不同。有的分类系统名录将芽孢杆菌分为一个属,如核准种名目录(Approved Lists 2005)收集的芽孢杆菌种名有175个,NCBI数据库(2006)上收集的芽孢杆菌种名有182个,德国菌种保存中心种名目录(DSMZ 2006)收集的芽孢杆菌种名有187个;有的分类系统将芽孢杆菌分为20多个属,如《伯杰氏手册:原核生物分类纲要》(2004)将芽孢杆菌类细菌分为22属,记述了260种。 2.2芽孢杆菌属种名录本名录参考《核准种名目录2005》(Approved Lists 2005)、NCBI数据库(2006)、德国菌种保存中心种名目录(DSMZ 2006)、《伯杰氏手册:原核生物分类纲要》(2004),将芽孢杆菌作为一个属, 进行种名汇总,形成以下目录,共记述了244种。中文学名参照《细菌名称》第二版中列出的进行标注.
