| Boy Scout Troop 911 Proud to be sponsored by the Uinta County Sheriffs Search and Rescue Providing Scouting in Evanston Wyoming since 1993 REGISTRATION FORM -SANTA’S WORKSHOP November 19, 2011 9:00 am. to 4:00 pm. Boy Scout Troop 911 of Evanston is again sponsoring Santa’s Workshop. This workshop will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2011 at the Evanston Rail-yard Complex, 1440 Main Street, Evanston, Wyoming. Reservations for Booth Spaces are now being accepted and must be sent in on our Registration form, in order to provide the widest diversity of vendors, a two booth limit will normally be imposed. The Spaces for all Booths are approximately 10' wide by 8' deep and the cost is $40 per Booth Space. A $35 fee will be assessed on all returned checks. In order to be accepted for Booth Space, completed Registrations must be accompanied with full payment and a self-addressed stamped envelope. The envelope will be used to send your Booth confirmation or return your money if all spaces have been filled. Please, Make Checks payable to: Santa's Workshop, Troop 911. All Registrations are subject to approval. Reservations will be on a first received first served basis, with those having a Paid Booth Registration last year receiving preference only until August 1st, 2011. There is a limited number of Booth Spaces with many requests, no preferences will be given on Registrations received after August 1st. No reservations will be accepted without our having received a completed Registration and Booth payment. No refunds will be given for anyone confirmed on Booth Space. However, if you have an emergency and can’t attend please advise in ample time, as we may be able to get you in touch with someone who wants a booth. Booth assignments will be given at the registration desk. Booths may not be dismantled before 4:00 P.M. All Vendors and their items must be out of the Machine Shop, Roundhouse Complex by 5:30 P.M. and your area must be cleaned up. No exceptions. As there are a limited amount of tables and chairs, Venders must be prepared to supply their own. Venders must supply their own electrical cords. Indicate on the Registration form if you will be needing electricity. There is no guarantee an outlet will be available. Each Vender must check with the Wyoming Department of Revenue to see if you are tax exempt, or if you are subject to paying tax on items sold. Each Vender is responsible for collecting taxes and associated liabilities. A list of items must accompany your registration form. Food Booths will be limited to baked goods only. These items must be wrapped securely and you need to check with the Wyoming State Board of Health on regulations for selling food items. A setup schedule will accompany your Booth confirmation. As usual, the day before the event will be for setting up. Please note that set-up starts at 1:00 P.M. the Friday before, and lasts until 8:00 P.M. If you need directions on how to get to the Rail-yard Complex, please advise with your registration. Once again, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope with your registration. You will not receive any additional information, nor your confirmation, without the Self Addressed Stamped Envelope. Most Vendors donate items for the door prizes. If you are willing to donate, please indicate on the registration form. Door prizes will be displayed at the registration desk, with the Donor name and Booth number. Prizes not picked up by the end of the Workshop will be donated to the charitable events in the community. The Registration Form is attached. If any violations are brought to my attention, I agree to make immediate corrective action. Non-compliance will result in exclusion from any further craft shows sponsored by the Scouts.
